This product review is required for product and warranty registration. Bit hard to do a product review when the product has been owned and used for less than a day by the team. But so far the installation of software has been a bit hit and miss on WIFI. All installed correctly once connected to the LAN. Output so far has been good, but it is early days so can't comment to ink usage / overall costs. All set to average as that makes most sense at this early stage. Thought about marking it as 1 star due to wasting my time with a review in order to register the product and get extended warranty.

An All In One To Rule Them All
For business related output this is just fantastic. I've only had it for a few days but everything I've thrown at it works well. No banding in multiple test pages and I'm happy enough with the photo quality from a business focused printer. It is set to standard quality by default and that's suitable for most things. Don't forget you can set the output quality to high in the printer driver and this makes everything just bit more solid and presentation worthy. I'd be happy to have it set to high all the time but that does slow the unit down a bit.

Efficient printer
I’m very satisfied with this printer. It allowed me such a smooth installation and I justed tested printing and it was fabulous. Also scan er you can choose black/color single or double sided with resolution quantity. Of course time will tell eventually but the first impression was really great

Full of features
Love the double side auto feed copying feature, this is the main reason why I got this printer. It was very easy to setup and the first time I copy about 70 pages of a kid exercise book, the quality is great. Although it is not super fast, but that is what I expected from none laser printer anyway. In addition, having ink bottle is way cheaper for a long run than ink or laser cartridges, this is the second main reason of my purchase. First day loving it, time will tell if it last without any issue.

Simple and Efficient
Our entire business has these ink tanks printers in different models, to cater for different requirements. Overall they have proved to be a very good product. Ink costs are much less the the traditional cartridges. My only knock would be be need to buy 3 different ink Part numbers, as they are NOT interchangeable between machines. I have found that you can unscrew the caps (with a bit of force) off any ink bottles and screw on the top pertaining to your machine requirements.

Great printer - quite expensive to access duplex ADF
Overall a great printer, however, very costly to find an ecotank printer which offer duplex adf scanning.

Faulty Document feeder
Will either suck two pages at once or jam feeding one page of a single sided scan using the document feeder. There is no two sided scanning so we are relying on this machine try to clumsily flip pages using the same faulty adf. If it cannot successfully process a one sided document, I don't know hwo they thought it was relyable to do two sides.
