VS Sassoon Steam Straightener product review
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The device is rather large in comparison with your standard hair straightener, however once set up it is really easy to use. It definitely requires more than a once over of each section of hair, I found on my thicker hair it would take roughly 3 or 4 goes to get it to the level of straightness that I prefer, however with the wider tongs it meant that I was able to complete the straightening in a shorter time frame.
Post straightening my hair feels smooth and soft and I would recommend this to other people who have easy to style hair. Not sure how great this product would be for people with curly hair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have blonde hair, it is very frizzy and prone to being dry, it is also prone to breakage.
This product was amazing and really surprised me, in a good way.
One stroke/ brush and hair was shiny and not dried out and was silky smooth, frizz free and shiney.
The addition of the steam makes a huge difference and really stops your hair from drying out.
Highly recommend for those who are cautious about straightening due to it drying your hair out / making it look like the ends have been burnt…as this product does not do this !

A great tool to straighten your hair!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been looking for a hair straightner that would not make my hair even more dry and frizzy than what they already were! I am so glad that I got a chance to try this vs Sassoon steam straight Brilliance. I must say it is a beautiful looking piece and works great. It is user friendly, easy to use and make your hair straight in minutes with restoring moisture back in through the steam aid. The plates are so smooth and your hair just glides through it, plus the added comb makes the straightening works even better. I would definately recommend others to try this product.

Not a convert.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While this straightener looks beautiful, love the gold detailing. Unfortunately I wouldn't be returning to it as a staple in my routine. While the large plates are good for big sections of hair, it's also quite heavy and with long coarse hair that takes 20 minutes + to complete, it's not ideal. I also likely wouldn't travel with the extra part of the water tank for the steam function.
The comb didn't work well for me at all - it felt like it was pulling on my hair.
It didn't pass through easily.
The larger plates + comb didn't allow me to add much movement or curls through my hair which I like to do also.

Wow, wow, wow! Amazing!

Wow, wow, wow! Basically sums this product up! I have always been a GHD person, but after using this straightener, I don’t think I will ever use another straightener again! At first the instructions looked a little difficult to quickly straighten my hair, but after my first trial run, I was hooked by how easy this straightener is to use! I’ve always struggled to brush my hair while I straighten, but with the brush attached, it made this straightener so much easier to use! And my, can I tell you that brushing your hair as you straighten it makes the world of difference!

Better than expected!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was lucky enough to get my hands on this straightener to trial as part of a recent Review Crew! I have frizzy thick colour damaged hair so I need a straightener that straightens my hair without having to run over the same piece of hair five times! I really enjoyed this straightener as even after one go over my hair was sleek, straight and shiny - so much better than I expected! I think this product is one of the pricier products in the VS range but it’s worth it’s weight in gold! My hair lasted really well throughout the day and didn’t re-frizz even on a humid day.

VS SMOOTH
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Firstly, receiving this in the mail was very exciting. The box looks super fancy, inside was fancy, the straightener looks fancy.
As someone with dry frizzy thin hair the way my hair straightens is very important to me as I have those ends that will go any direction they want regardless of how much I straighten it.
I was very intrigued with how the steam would work on my hair and I am impressed! My hair was sleek, smooth and stayed straight for a few days which is a massive improvement.
VS has always been a brand I’ve been interested in trying and I will keep my eye out for more of their products in the future.

Amazing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing! It leaves my hair feeling smooth and soft and straightens my hair perfectly, from frizz and thick curly hair to smooth and straight, I would buy again!
It's been really hard finding the perfect straightener until I discovered this one, it feels less harsh on my hair than traditional hair straightener, which is certainly a plus!
It straightens my hair quickly as well so it's now an essential of my everyday beauty routine and use it daily before work and outings. My hair feels really soft and improved when using this tool. I wish this was invented sooner ! It also suitable to brittle hair because it's nice and gentle
