Click and Collect

We strive to make our services flexible and convenient for each customer. The option to pick up your purchase in-store is seamlessly integrated into the checkout process, allowing you to order product(s) online and claim your items sooner and without the costs of delivery.

Step 1

Once the product(s) has been added to the cart, go to your cart and select the 'Free pick up in-store' button.

Step 2

Click on 'Select store' and enter either the postcode or suburb most convenient for your pickup and click 'Find Stores'.

Step 3

Select the store that is most convenient for you. If they don't have stock, they'll order it in for you (some exclusions apply).

Step 4

After your order has been made, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number.

Step 5

Wait for the email notifying you when your purchase is ready to be collected from your preferred store.

Step 6

Go to the store with your order number, NIRC and the credit card (if applicable) used for the order. Proceed to the Click and Collect counter and our staff will assist you in no time.

If the product that you wish to order is not in stock, you will receive a back order notification outlining any lead time that may apply.

What must I bring for self-collection in-store?

You must provide the following documents when collecting in-store:

  • A printout of your online order confirmation
  • A photo ID (NRIC or driver's license only)
  • The credit/debit card used for making payment online

If you are not able to collect your order in-store personally, please contact our friendly Customer First team using the Contact Us form to notify us of the name of the person you have nominated to collect your order. Goods will not be given out to any individual withour prior notice from the purchaser.

What if I have forgotten to collect items from self-collection in-store?

Goods must be collected within 3 days from date on which the goods are ready for collection.

For sales orders where full payment has been received, we reserve the right not to fulfil the sales order should the goods remain uncollected 10 days after the stated date and the order may be cancelled. In the event of cancellation, any payment received will be refunded.
