Administrative Assistant

Harvey Norman is an established international retailer in Electronics, Computers, Furniture & Bedding with a prominent international presence in Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, North Ireland, Slovenia, Croatia, Malaysia and Singapore. In support with our growing business needs, we are seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated team player to join us!

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full spectrum of administrative support to department.
  • Responsible for collation of incoming documentations and updating system.
  • Preparing weekly/monthly reports.
  • Assist on raising claims in system.

Requirements:

  • Minimum ‘O’ level qualifications or equivalent.
  • Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Team player, matured and meticulous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good people-relation skills.
  • Able to meet deadlines.
  • Able to commence work within short notice.
