We aim to have your order shipped within 2-5 days. Products on back order may take longer to ship. Furniture can take up to 6 weeks for delivery as most products are specifically made for your order.

Avoid shipping charges by picking up your online order in store:

1. Buy online, select Free pick up in store and choose a store.
2. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready to be picked up.
3. Bring your order confirmation email printout and identification (e.g. Your NRIC or your driver’s licence) when picking up your order.

If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by Singapore Lemon Law) then don't worry, we've got you covered. We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for return shipping. (conditions apply).
