Harvey Norman is an established international retailer in Electronics, Computers, Furniture & Bedding with a prominent international presence in Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, North Ireland, Slovenia, Croatia, Malaysia and Singapore. In support with our growing business needs, we are seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated team player to join us!

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with management and other business partners to develop partnerships, obtain audit documentation, and resolve audit issues.
  • Conduct operational, compliance, financial and IT audits within the organization.
  • Review and enhance internal standard operating policies and procedures.
  • Design and customize risk-based audit programs for controls attestation.
  • Contribute to the audit assignments, prepare audit reports and involve in any special audits or investigations.
  • Document process flows and procedures.
  • Identify the control gaps and provide a recommendation to mitigate risk.
  • Perform data analytics.
  • Any other ad hoc responsibilities assigned.

Requirements:

  • Min 3 years of audit experience or related fields.
  • Diploma/ Degree in a related discipline, or a professional qualification
  • Have a positive attitude and able to work as a team or individually.
  • SAP knowledge preferred
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills.
  • Meticulous and able to work independently
