In support with our growing business needs, we are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated team player to join us as:

E-Commerce Assistant (Contract Basis)

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customers at the Click & Collect Counter on enquiries, concerns and requests regarding ecommerce orders. Maintain and provide good customer service levels at all times to fulfill customers’ ecommerce orders.
  • Support the eCommerce operations team in the processing of ecommerce orders and returns from customers.
  • Working with retail and third party delivery partners to ensure all orders and returns are fulfilled.
    Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Click & Collect centre. 
  • Follow company’s guidelines on dress code, personal appearance, putting on name tag and required badges during store operating hours.

Requirements:

  • Minimum ‘N’ Level or at least 1 year of experience in customer service
  • Prior experience with SAP is ideal but not required
  • Effective interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written).
  • Able to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays on rotating shifts.
