Merchandising Assistant (Computers & Communications Department)
Responsibilities:
- Create Purchase Orders, Requisitions and Stock transfers
- Matching of Invoices
- Sorting of Delivery orders / Filing
- Follow up on all purchase, delivery and product related issues
- General Admin Functions
- Checking of products on Ecommerce websites
- Generating reports
Requirements:
- Minimum ‘N’/’O’ Level qualification
- At least 1 year of Administrative experience
- Entry level applicants welcomed
- Knowledge of MS Excel and Word
- Good command of English preferred
- Independent and responsible
- Team Player
- Able to commence work within short notice
