TERMS & CONDITIONS
  • The promotion is valid from 21 March 2026 to 20 April 2026, at all Harvey Norman stores in Singapore.
  • The 'Furniture: Stand a Chance to Win Tickets to Italy' promotion is valid with a purchase of minimum $2,000 worth of furniture from Cubo Rosso, Innova, or Stone International in a single receipt.
  • The 'Furniture: Stand a Chance to Win Back Your Purchase' promotion is valid with a purchase of minimum $1,000 worth of furniture in a single receipt. The cashback amount is capped at $2,000.
  • Customers must make full payment for their purchase in order to be eligible for the lucky draw.
  • Online purchases are not eligible.
  • Each valid receipt is entitled to one (1) lucky draw entry only.
  • Multiple entries per individual are permitted with separate valid receipts.
  • Each individual is eligible to win a maximum of two (2) round-trip air tickets, as determined by NRIC number, regardless of the number of entries submitted.
  • To participate, customers must scan the QR code, complete the entry form, and provide accurate and complete information as required.
  • Incomplete or inaccurate entries will be deemed invalid.
  • If the qualifying purchase is cancelled, refunded, or falls below the minimum qualifying amount, the entry will be automatically disqualified, and any prize(s) awarded must be returned to Harvey Norman Singapore upon request. If the prize or voucher has already been utilised or redeemed and is not eligible for return, the winner shall be responsible for reimbursing Harvey Norman Singapore the full value of the prize or voucher in monetary form.
  • Each promotion is limited to one (1) winner only.
  • Winners will receive the value of their qualifying purchase back in the form of a Harvey Norman gift card, valid for one (1) year from the date of issue.
  • Prizes are non-exchangeable for cash, credit, or other items.
  • Air tickets are valid for travel between 1 June 2026 and 31 December 2026.
  • Air tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing airline, including seat availability, travel restrictions, and blackout dates.
  • Harvey Norman will not be responsible for flight changes, cancellations, additional taxes, surcharges, or other fees imposed by the airline or travel provider after the prize has been issued.
  • All costs and expenses not explicitly stated as part of the prize, including but not limited to transportation, accommodation costs, meals, travel insurance, visa fees, and personal expenses, shall be borne by the winner.
  • The lucky draw will be conducted at Harvey Norman Singapore Head Office or another designated location, and winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
  • Winners will be contacted by Harvey Norman Singapore or its appointed representatives using the contact details provided during registration.
  • The prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected if:
    • The winner cannot be reached after three (3) attempts, or
    • The winner declines the prize upon contact.
  • Winners must respond and confirm prize acceptance by 18 May 2026, failing which the prize will be forfeited.
  • Harvey Norman Singapore reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and entries. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, duplicated, or submitted through improper means may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Harvey Norman Singapore.
  • By participating in this promotion, participants consent to Harvey Norman Singapore collecting, using, and disclosing their personal data for the purpose of administering the promotion and contacting winners, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
  • Winners may be required to participate in publicity and promotional activities, and consent to the use of their name, image, or likeness without additional compensation.
  • Employees of Harvey Norman Singapore (Pertama Merchandising Pte Ltd), its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  • Harvey Norman Singapore reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, modify the promotion mechanics, or cancel the promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice.
  • In the event of any dispute, the decision of Harvey Norman Singapore shall be final and binding.
  • Free Delivery with a minimum spend of $200.

  • Promotions are limited and subject to stock availability. For instance, if an order is placed but the item is out of stock, Harvey Norman has the right to cancel the order and refund your purchase within 14 working days from the date of purchase.
