Admin Executive (Retail)

Harvey Norman is an established international retailer in Electronics, Computers, Furniture & Bedding with a prominent international presence in Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, North Ireland, Slovenia, Croatia, Malaysia and Singapore. In support with our growing business needs, we are seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated team player to join us!

The key responsibilities, but not limited to, are as follows:

  • Provide full spectrum of administrative support to Computers department at Millenia Walk Flagship store
  • Follow up on all E-Commerce Sales related emails and issue stocks to the E-Commerce team.
  • Following up with any Point of Sales Data Management application related issues and consignment for gaming stocks
  • Assist to create new purchase orders and follow up on outstanding purchase orders or STO payments for sales orders
  • Manage a follow up on stocks returned to vendors including submission filing for RTV documents and resolve any related outstanding matters on RTV especially credit claim matters, sales orders and AR/DR matters.
  • Liaise with Purchasing department or vendors upon receiving any stocks issued.
  • Manage received stocks including submission of PO, the printing of RA/AC, barcode printing and scan in stocks and maintain serial # for apple products.
  • Perform, rectify and check on STO/SLOC transactions and service transit location of stores.
  • Manage the DOA inventory control service and following up with vendors for faulty sets.
  • Printing daily pending sales reports and weekly SLOC, service and stock transit reports.
  • Tabulation and submission of the staff punch card, event part-timers and OT/ transport claims.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Secondary education
  • Administrative experience preferred
  • Knowledge of MS Excel / Words
  • Able to converse in English
  • Able to commence work within short notice
