E-Commerce Operations Executive

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end fulfillment process of online orders. This includes the processing of orders and returns from customers as well as overseeing operations of the Click and Collect storefront.
• Responsible for stock inventory accuracy and to address any discrepancy.
• Assist to develop and implement demand generation plans to grow site revenue.
• Take charge of the resolution of customer service queries / issues
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Provide corporate support functions for the Department.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder with at least 1 year of working experience. Prior experience with enterprise eCommerce solutions as well as SAP is ideal but not required
• Highly organised, meticulous with a sharp attention to details.
• Effective interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written).
• Good Excel skills required to prepare daily and weekly reports.
