In support with our growing business needs, we are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated team player to join us as:

Quality Control Technician (Furniture)

• Perform product inspection on warehouse inbound and outbound delivery
• Perform on-site inspection at customer's location
• Determine the next course of action to timely resolve quality-related issues
• Take digital photos to support reporting and claim cases
• Prepare Inspection Report
• Responsible for stock movement within Servicing Location
• Manage inventory level of servicing parts and components

• Work location: Warehouse
• Working Hours: 5.5 days week (may be required to work on PH on ad hoc basis)

• General Skills/ Attributes
  • Computer skills – Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluent verbal communication in English and other languages preferred
  • Well written English is a must
  • Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
  • Good follow-up skill and well organized
  • Reporting and Documentation skills
  • Good communication skill
  • Possess valid class 3 driving license (with own vehicle)
• Experience
  • At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in furniture inspection preferred
  • Experienced in repairing furniture would be an advantage
  • Carpentry servicing and repair or upholstery related will be considered too
• Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least Primary/ Secondary School/ "O" Level, Higher secondary/ Pre-U/ A level/ College, Professional Certificate/ NiTEC in any field
