With this setting, the oven can run without human intervention for up to 75 hours. Even when the door is closed, the inside light continues to shine, and the cavity is kept at a constant temperature of 90°C so that food can be cooked or kept warm without having to adjust the thermostat.
The “Chef” Mode
This patented technology from De Dietrich gives you access to nine completely automated cooking options. Simply choose the one specified in the menu and adjust the oven rack to the recommended height for the food, as suggested by the oven.
Culinary Guide
You may choose from as many as 35 different recipes. Once you select a preset dish and enter the weight of its ingredients, the integrated pyrolysis oven calculates the correct cooking mode, temperature, and duration down to the minute.

Perfect Sensor

Low-Temperature Cooking
Meat, poultry, and fish are cooked gently and evenly with this special feature at temperatures below 100 degrees Celsius. This method of precise temperature control creates cuisine of exceptional tenderness.
Bread Function
The Multifunction Plus has a total of 12 distinct modes, one of which is the "Bread" function. This setting enables you to consistently produce tender, golden, and crispy bread for your daily dinner table.
