Updated to newer model
We purchased this to replace an older version (2009 build) of this product. We currently have a warranty issue that is in the process of being resolved by the retailer (condensation forms in the timer when oven is used). Unfortunately the older model had a better quality grill tray than what you now get. The new one isn't enamelled as thickly, and scapes noisily on the side rails. It is a shame that the wire handle is no longer included on the front of the grill tray. Apart from this, it is a good basic oven with a really good grill function. It was important to me to be able to buy an Australian made product.

Reasonable
The upside – it does the job. So far, it’s reliable. The ceramic top is very good but not that easy to clean.
The downside – the grill is very slow. The trays that enter the grill and the stove are very difficult to move in and out And the material used feels quite cheap. Cooking results are okay but not spectacular.
Conclusion – it’s not a bad stove. It’s not an excellent stove. It’s a reasonable stove. Is it value for money? Perhaps it’s valued higher because of the ceramic top but apart from that it’s not a great build. So far, it has been reliable and as I mentioned it does the job and I have to say that the installer was very good at his job. It’s a reasonable stove.

54cm freestanding electric oven and ceramic cooktop
we purchased this model as there was a clock on the side panel, pricey for the clock but also had the ceramic cooktop. so we thought we would try it
the oven hasn't really met our standard , the oven on first cook up had steam coming from the oven ,leaking into the clock housing, so the digital clock disappeared in mist until the stove was turned off ,this happened 3 times, so we called up the office and an electrician came and used sealant to plug up this hole , but how much moisture is still inside the clock will this start a rust cycle happening or corrode some wires in a few years when the warranty is finished , Top elements is either hot or not so hard to keep a standard heat temp

Disappointed
I bought this model cooker, but failed to realise that the large cooking element is at the back. This doesn’t make sense to me, it means that you have to reach over anything else that is cooking to stir food in a frypan or wok or the like. The other elements are too small for large pans, they are smaller than they look in this picture. Also the oven rubber seal is very flimsy and was not fitted correctly and I have to wait for a technician to come and fix it. Not happy at all. Unfortunately there are not many options for a cooker of this size.

Will do the job.
I bought this one to replace my previous Westinghouse Ceramic top stove. Unwrapped the packaging and opened the oven only to have the door rubber fall off and was quite difficult to refit it. The grill door seems flimsy and the oven door, although should be easy to clean appears to be very cheaply made. The ceramic top previously had 2 large hotplates, the new one only has one large and 3 small.
Definitely not up to Westinghouse quality of old. I doubt it will last as long as my previous stove.

Westinghouse 54cm freestanding delivers
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 54cm Westinghouse stove is ideal for our kitchen. The separate grilled is a key feature. The ceramic glass cooktop is easy to clean. This model is a classic. Our 1970s model was similar with the separate griller, timer and oven. This cooktop is far better. And now we have a clock and timer again. (We bought a different brand last time. It blew an element and the griller and the electrician could not get parts.) Long live Westinghouse!
