Direct Drive Motor

The 800W motor features a controlled planetary action system to rotate the beater through one direction of mixture, as it simultaneously whisks in the other direction to centre the mixture of ingredients. The 4.8 litre polished stainless steel mixing bowl keeps the ingredients securely contained as it whisks through each baking mixture.

Adjustable Speed Lever

Select from a range of 10 speed controls from 1-10, with a soft start selection feature to ease you into each mixture. The lower range speeds cater to kneading mixtures while the higher speeds tackle powerful whisking tasks.
