Great Sound and Poor Quality
Took excellent care of them but they didn’t last one year. Earbuds would not charge.
Cleaning all contacts and doing a factory reset did not solve the problem.
Did a warranty exchange through Customer Care and was very surprised when the replacement earbuds showed up in damaged packaging and the tips/wings felt greasy/dirty…. like they had just come out of someone’s ears.
It turns out they choose to honor their warranty with (poorly) refurbished rather than brand new.
Very disappointed to say the least.
Was a loyal Sennheiser customer but more no more.
I’ll spend my hard earned money elsewhere.

Only worked for a year
Sound quality was good, could be a small issue with wind noise in gusty conditions. My big issue is that they stopped working after 1 year. I took good care of them as well, only really used them when i was on the train / walking to work.

Poor quality
I bought it about half a year ago, the noise cancelling function is not as goos as I expect, especially when there is a sudden and loud noise. What's worse is the left earbud doesn't nork at all now. It's unbelievable that this expensive product has such a poor quality.

Great…for a while
As with many reviewers, I sadly have to add that mine failed after 11 months of light use. The charging stopped on both earbuds. Returned using the warranty service and two months later, still waiting for a replacement or repaired buds to be sent back to me

So close, but so far
They could be great, but they are missing simple things that take away from the experience you should get for the money that you spend. They don't disconnect in the case, they misfire on playing and taking calls individually, and sometimes they don't even charge properly. Nothing an update can't fix, but the sound quality is amazing when working properly.

Great sound, amazing noise cancelling, bit bulky.
The sound is unbeatable and the noice cancelling is also incredible, I take the tube every day in London, put these in and I no longer get a headache from all the noise and screeching. I found that the plastic rings meant to help the fit just made my ears hurt, even the medium ones even though I have large ears. This is a very personal problem though, and I just use the smaller one, this means they are "less" secure, but I never worry about them falling out. I have tried to get them to fall out and haven't succeeded.
They also look a bit bulky in my ears, but with drivers that sound this good that's to be expected. Smaller profile and it would be 5 stars.

Pros: Great product. Great sound. Great size. Nice design.
Can improve:
1) Connectivity issues: the app is a bit bugged on Android: when connecting the phone to the app, the ear-buds does not work for music anymore and needs manual re-pair(needed to delete earbud from phone known bluetooth devices and pair from scratch again) so that earbuds can work properly to stream audio again. This is non-trivial for most users to do.
2) Ear fitting issues: A bit hard to properly fit in ear up until now, a couple of weeks after purchase using it daily. I've tried 4 combinations companion rubber rings yet not great for my ear.

I absolutely adore these Sennheiser. I've already had all the generations, and I think this generation is perfect. Unfortunately, but all my previous tw1 and tw2 are dead on one earphone, however, I just can't buy anything else because the sound is perfect, the software is almost perfect, and the case, oh my God, this fabric case, I just can't tear myself away from it. I heard that tw4 is coming out soon, I will be one of the first to pre-order.
