Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent unit falls just short of exceptional Good looking unit, very quiet in operation and a good functional design eliminating the temptation to overfill either fridge or freezer. Initially, closing the doors takes familiarisation to eliminate jamming fingers between the doors whilst closing. Closing the door properly using the handles eliminates this. Only downside is the temperature displays the set temperature, rather than the more functional and important existing temperature, so if this is important - which it is - we bought 2 temperature gauges to monitor the temperatures in each compartment.

We would like someone to contact us to advise on what we can do to rectify this issue. I would not recommend this refrigerator to anyone for purchase because of this issue

The food in the freezer doesn't freeze.(It's been in operation for 14 hours) Express refrigeration and express refrigeration are also ineffective. My Refrigerator Settings 1 and -23 My small Samsung refrigerator performs better.

So far we are very happy with both its performance and capacity. The only down side was the size of the doors on the fridge as we had to have them removed and then reinstalled to enable us to move the item into our house.
