Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great thing since sliced bread [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my wash tower, tubo wash is so good cleans my cloths without damaging them. The refresh program on the dryer is great use it on my pillows when changing my bedding. Setting up the app was a bit of an issue, but got there in the end. Now entered my favorites. App let's me know when my was and or dryer cycle is finished. Great produce overall very happy. I would recommend this to friends and family.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Saved my Marriage This was a truly a life changing product for myself, previously I owned a small 5kg washer and dryer that was 18yrs old and that the dryer would need a Chernobyl like event to get the slightest bit of warmth and the sound it made was like a 747 taking off from Afghanistan. It would take me 3 days to wash and dry all the clothes from the weeks activities, among all the other household chores I would frequently do washing the clothes was the most stressful, sometimes my wife would lock me in the laundry and not let me out till it was done. She’s a lovely person but if I was unable to help in her daily activities she could turn in the Ant the Drill Sergeant from SAS and that song “love is a battlefield” would repeat in my head. Since Upgrading to the Washtower I’ve notice I spend way less time on the battlefield and more time on the web researching the best psychologist, I think that’s due to the wifi capabilities, the 17kgs loads and how quietly it goes about its business. There is a sense of clam in my house now and I didn’t think that a washer and dryer would make the difference but it does or maybe that was your company slogan all along.. LG life’s good and thank you for saving my marriage.

They washer and dryer work seamlessly together and because they are built together the balancing is perfect so there isn’t any unnecessary drum sounds etc I could not recommend this product enough

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Wash and Dry performance is good, but some issues. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washing and drying performance of the machine is good, however we have had a few concerning issues in the first month. First one, the machine said it was finished, went to unload and there was water on the floor and the clothes had not spun at all it seemed. Water marks indicated water had come out of the dispenser box. Ran a spin cycle, hasn't happened again. Second issue was an error code that basically just said call support in the manual. Turned washer off and on and away it went again. Third is the dryer sounds like it's a car driving with a large flat spot on the tyres if there is no load or a light'ish load in it. I think the drum is out of balance, but maybe it is normal. Performance is still good. So, not sure about the dryer, but the washer issues maybe are just software that will be fixed with a firmware upgrade. If these issues happen again, I will log an issue with support.

Yes it is a tall tower (can be intimidating to us short folk) however, it can wash superking doona with ease and dry it very well. Very efficient, no time changing cycles like my previous washer. Love it and highly recommend.
