Excellent toy, excellent customer service
We got this yeti toy as a gift for my 6 month old. It’s an engaging toy that’s been his fav for two months now! The different stages will keep him occupied for months to come and it’s the best sorting toy on the market imo. Fun, lights up, spins, and my kiddo loves dancing to the songs!
Our yeti broke recently after 2 months of daily use. I emailed Skip Hop and their customer service was prompt and helped us get his fav toy back in action! Seriously, excellent customer service. I’ve had terrible experiences with other toy companies, Skip hop goes above and beyond to make sure their toys meet quality expectations. Super happy to continue buying Skip hop toys! :D

Toy is great until your kid loses a piece
I was very disappointed to find out that you cannot purchase replacement parts for any of this company's products. I feel like if you sell children's toys, you should understand and expect that kids will lose and break things. I was not asking for free replacement, but looking to purchase a set of the shapes, and was informed that they do not sell replacement parts.

We love our YETI!
This is such a great learning toy. Keeps baby amused and happy - and even my 3 year old loves the tunes it plays when she gets them all in their right places. The toys pop out the shapes and they both get a great laugh. The old sorter that everyone has used for years really needed an upgrade and this is it! Worth every penny and its a toy you can use for years because it really does grow with baby. Love it!!

Super cute!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my son. It is very cute! I love how it moves and that we can adjust it as he grows. The only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars is that the entire toy is hard plastic. My almost 9 month old is still a little wobbly and fell into the horn with his eye during the first time he played with it. The horns are decorative, they could be soft.

Cute toy, but broke quickly
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a super cute toy with three different levels of play. My son is pretty little and just loves putting the shapes in his mouth. It broke after only a few months of having it (the same intro line would repeat over and over again), however I emailed the company and they gave me a gift card to buy a replacement, which I did. So overall, I was happy with the customer service provided, and the nice toy.

Fun and Educational
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My baby is 11 months. I bought this not knowing how his reaction would be. First week, he was a little unsure of it. Not knowing what to really think of it. But after a few trial, he now starts trying to put the shapes in the Yeti. He does get frustrated when it won't go in because he doesn't know where it goes yet. But I can tell his brain is thinking. Can't wait until it clicks in his head.

Incredibly engaging
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my son, who is 11 months old, he loves it! The yeti spins and releases the blocks, and he tried to put them back where they belong.
The first one I ordered wasn’t releasing the blocks properly, and I contacted the customer support team, and the promptly replied and sent a replacement, and this one works great! Highly recommend!

Fun Toy But Does Not Last
We got this as a gift and my son LOVED it. Within days it doesn't work. No matter which level its on it just repeats the same audio over and over. Doesn't look like we can fix it either which is really disappointing.
