Great washer and easy to use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a Samsung washer for more than 10 years and thought we would upgrade to make our lives easier. The auto soap and softener dispensing makes our life much easier. Because it is connected to Smart things with notification when the cycle is completed, I don't have to frequently pop my head into the laundry to check if the washing is done or not. The best part is that my wife loves it; so that makes my life better.

Incorrectly Advertised Specs
The measurements of this product have been incorrectly advertised by Samsung and subsequently fed down to to their retail partners incorrectly. If purchasing be aware that is is deeper than the advertised 650mm. So far the performance of the machine is good, however I would never have purchased if the actual specs were advertised as it is not suited to my space.

Happy Mum - Handled Mt Washmore with Ease
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always had another brand of washers because it's just what I knew. After issues with warranty I jumped out of my comfort zone to research the market and I'm so glad I did!
I purchased the Samsung 8.5kg Smart front loader and loved the way my washing came out cleaner and brighter. Unfortunately it was too small and I needed a larger washer.
Without hesitation, I bought the 12kg Smart Front Loader.
Brilliant size! My washer space is limited due to cabinetry and this front loader fit perfectly.
Let me highlight what I love as a mum
1. It's quiet. I can get my wash loads on at night without waking the kids
2. It's big. It can easily handle everything from 6 people (and sometimes still have room!) or quilts, blankets and a heap of towels.
3. Great selection of programs. No matter what you come across with your kids' clothing, this washer has a program to cover it. I normally use the fast wash with a "bubble soak" for normal loads. This bubble soak is the finest wizardry in the land. Like an oxy action in your washing machine.
4. The app. The thing you never knew you wanted! But I couldn't go back. You can also manage your notifications about your wash. My 9 year old did a load of washing using the Recipe Card in the app proving that this washer really does make the process simple.
You can also review energy usage, wash history and drum cleans.
All the above plus a sleek classy look makes this machine my love.

Great features and great looks

It has the all the latest technology along with AI feature which takes a decision based on load to run a cycle . Also it can be operated remotely using wifi too. The overall look with dryer combo gives compliment to our new houses overall theme.

Got kids…get this!!!

I am a parent to 4 children and I can fit sooo much in this machine. It cleans brilliantly, smartly and notifies my phone when it’s done. Everything a 2023 parent need to do laundry!!

Good performance, special load capacity average

Performance is great and my clothes are coming out clean and well cared for. The specialist loads like 'gentle' could be increased.

Fantastic , reliable, big capacity.
