Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great coffee machine Great coffee machine! Love the ease of use, from grind to brew! Machine learns the amount of coffee required and grinds perfectly each time. Tamp handle ensures that it has completed the right amount by indicating with a green light. Milk froths once it gets to the right temperature and texture is nice and creamy. Yes the machine a little work but the reward is well worth it. Had to play around with the grind size and oortafiilter to get the best extraction. Had to use the dual wall one for supermarket bought beans as single wall would not extract correctly. In the end it delivered me perfect coffee at home.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Dose Button The Dose button is far too sensitive. Stupidly, I know, I couldn't get it to work. I facetimed experts, read all the manuals and was ready to throw it in the garbage after spending the whole day resetting it etc. A few days later a friend came by and it worked for her! I was stunned. Apparently I was pressing it for too long and switching it off. I wasn't holding it for long. Anyway, perhaps the instructions could warn people to only touch the Dose button VERY briefly. I'm sure I can't be the only one who has had a problem. Good product otherwise, although I am still very resentful about my wasted day.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great machine I bought this machine a month ago as a replacement for my high-end Krups machine. I really didn't expect the Breville to perform to the same standard, but I've never been happier to be proven wrong. This machine really is hard to fault. I like strong flat whites and it delivers. It uses significantly fewer beans than its predecessor, while delivering a stronger brew in a shorter timeframe. Two thumbs up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect home machine Perfect home coffee machine for us. We have had a few over the years and breville is definitely our preferred brand. This particular machine does a great coffee every time that’s hot, lots of grind options, heat options and love the tampa as an extra too, saves coffee going everywhere on the bench. Looks great in our kitchen too. Really rate this machine.

The quality and texture that you can achieve with your milk is outstanding, l love the simplicity of the built in tamp, even my hubby feels like a professional. This machine is worth every cent.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Auto Tamping. With very little help. After reading instructions I was able to produce coffee better than what we receive at most of the Cafes we frequent. My neighbour prefers my Coffee to Cafe coffee. Getting the milk correct is easy with practise. We are saving money by NOT wanting to go out for Coffee.

Have waited a long time to find a Coffee Machine that was going to fit my needs and I must say the Breville Barista Express Impress has ticked all of the boxes. From the slick look of the Black Truffle to the efficient functionality means that my caffiene fix is a seamless and enjoyable process. The tamp feature ensures that the corect dose is ground every time ensuring that the perfect coffee is expressed each time. The ease of use of this machine means that I no longer have to fork out hundreds and even thousands per year to pay for coffee which I can easily create at home. I am super happy with this purchase and Breville's meticulous attention to detail shines through with this machine. Extremely happy customer here!
