The De Dietrich DPI4431X is a 65cm built-in induction hob from the Stellar Steel collection, combining advanced cooking technology with a sleek design. It features four independent induction zones, including a 40 x 23 cm HoriZone capable of delivering up to 3,700W, ideal for large cookware. The hob offers 20 power levels and 13 cooking functions, such as Boost, Blanch, Boil, Grill, and CleanLock, ensuring versatile culinary options.

CULINARY GUIDE AI

The hob automatically programs the power and cooking time according to the food selected (among 74 options). It recommends the most suitable cooking zone and utensil to obtain the best possible result.

LCD SCREEN

Discover a new ergonomic and intuitive screen for perfect readability. The text display allows you to navigate and access more features (including the Culinary Guide, Boil and Blanch functions).

POWER MANAGEMENT

Thanks to new electronics, it is possible to limit the maximum power delivered by the hob, guaranteeing optimized use and performance, whatever electrical installation you have.
