The Botticelli Evoluzione PID machine is equipped with a copper and insulated boiler for increased thermal stability and energy saving. The twin manometers check the pressure of both pump and boiler in order to control the correct brewing extraction process.
The Botticelli Evoluzione PID machine has been designed using high quality precious materials that are robust and set to stand the test of time.
Accessories include: Professional filter holder, 3 filters (single, double and Blind for maintenance), Filter Gasket, cleaning brush, coffee scoop and tamper.
