Throw out the jug!
Such a handy appliance to have in the kitchen! Nice and quiet and I imagine an upgrade on this model will make it even better. Bear in mind the following so you're not disappointed with your purchase:
1. The water reservoir is not removable so when it needs refilling you have to use a water jug or pick up the whole dispenser and put it under the tap to fill..
2. It takes about 50ml before the water comes out at 100°. Run the machine till the water gets piping hot first then make your beverage.
3. The infinity feature is really handy as 100, 200 and 300 ml are just not right for a standard 300ml mug. 200 is too little and 300 is too much! It would be great if you could program your own dispensing volume.

You need to buy one of these
Been thinking about getting one of these for some time and being forced to stay at home was the perfect reason to buy one. After setting up and the initial rinse cycle, it was ready to go. I like the fact that it has a function lock to prevent accidental usage/child proof which activated automatically 5 second after use. Also the temp and volume selection is good to dispense a cup worth only of hot water as well as free flow for teapots or plungers.
My one issue I do have is the flow of water is a bit slow and can seem like a trickle at times. Having said that, it’s still a lot faster than waiting for the kettle to boil. The energy savings are a bonus too only heating the water you need.

Luxury I never knew I needed
Very happy with this product.
Not having to boil a kettle whenever I decide to have a cuppa is a luxury I never knew I needed.
The adjustable height also benefits my wife's sick and twisted desire to fill her waterbottle with warm water to drink. Even on hot days!!
All though I don't think she should be encouraged in her bizarre drinking habits, the unit does a great job to accommodate a different range of containers from mugs to bottles by having an easy to remove tray.
It is also quick and easy to use and the 4L tank means we can go a whole day or 2 without having to top up the unit.
However, if my wife is feeling thirsty, then it may need topping up once or twice a day but this is made easy to a large opening on the tank.
Great purchase and would recommend.

Great Machine, No More Time Waiting for Kettle
Was sick of waiting for the kettle for a single drink so went looking for a portable hot water dispenser. Found this gem here at Harvey Norman with good reviews so got it as an early Xmas Present.
It does what it says it is meant to do and is even faster than the 7 seconds advertise for getting 100C water to the cup from when you press start. Love the fact you can set the temperatures from 45C for kids drink, 65-75C for Coffee, and 100C for that cup of tea (while everyone else drinks coffee). The volume feature works good too as not always needing 300ml of 100C water.
Drip Tray easy to remove, empty and clean.

Great Features
I brought this product about 2 weeks ago for a man with MS. He can’t lift a regular kettle as his grip is week and it’s too dangerous. The temperature control button means he won’t burn himself as he can’t tell if something is too hot. He also can’t overflow the cup. This product helps him to maintain independence in his own home for as long as possible

Simplicity supreme!
I bought my Westinghouse hot water dispenser a few weeks ago. I love it! The easy of instant hot water the technology which isn’t to difficult to work and the safety lock etc are all great but the 100deg setting for the hot water is way off the mark!! After many complaints about coffee not being hot enough, I have now checked the 100deg temp with a kitchen thermometer and it is only 82deg! (Several checks done) The 100deg temp in the manual states ‘approximate’ but the next heat level down is 85deg so I’m thinking my dispenser must be faulty. I will take it back for a replacement.

Love This Dispenser.
I bought this water dispenser a couple of weeks ago.
I find it so much better than boiling a kettle.. although I find that the first amount of water that is dispensed is not boiling, so I have a cup that specifically collects this water first. I then put the ready cup on to fill. I also find using the constant water setting is easier to fill to the amount needed. All in all a great purchase.

Great time saver
I love using this machine. It saves a lot of time but the only down side is selected water quantity isn’t accurate. I usually select 200ml but the machine only produces about 185ml. Not a big deal but it can be annoying. I would still recommend this machine though.
