Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Fast Scanner THE best scanner I have ever bought. Puts an all-in-one printer scanners to shame. Cost might be high but if you have heaps of scanning to do then this is the machine you need. And I also mean FAST scanning. For duplex scanning its a massive tick. Document pouch used for photos would be handed to have been supplied with scanner especially as they are currently out of stock.

I spent 6 hrs installing the scanner, 1 hr with an online epson person then 2 hrs with a "specialist" who tried direct computer control to no effect Said she needed to talk to another specialist and would call me back. Never did . Finally installed with outside help online
