Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not soft! Worst mattress i have ever slept on. The one in the shop was great so bought it but when i got mine it was firm, you do sink in a little but can not feel those comfort layers at all. I can lay on my back and feel ok but i am a side sleeper and sleeping on my side is just terrible! Was told it would take time to get soft but 11 weeks later couldn't stand it any longer. The rep came to look at it and agreed it was not soft so i got a new one but same problem, only this one is worse! Sounds like foam layers have a glue issue, the quilted top is flat in places and can hear the springs pop on one side . I am so disappointed that i purchased this mattress, every night when i get into bed i feel disapointed, tossing and turning trying to get comfortable. I only got this mattress as it was chiro approved . I was offered a different brand after the first mattress but said i would be happy to have one like i tried in the shop. Wished i hadn't because now they won't let me swap this one. Apparently i can't return it?? They offered me a mattress topper! If i wanted a topper i would have gotten one for my 10 year old mattress which was more comfortable, just a little firm, would have saved a lot of time, money and most importantly stress! Wish i had have gone with sleepmaker .
