AirFly saved my flight!
I purchased an AirFly a little while ago but didn't have the opportunity to actually *use* it until I was on a very long flight to Hawaii recently. I got the standard free headphones from the flight attendant and tried to watch a movie, but the sound was so bad it was actually painful. I hadn't planned to use the AirFly -- I hadn't even set it up yet -- but I'd brought it along just in case, and I was able to get it working in a minute or two. The difference was night and day; the movie sound went from terrible to perfect, and I had a *much* better time watching movies for the rest of the flight. The AirFly saved the day for me!

Good but not 20 hours
Paired with Galaxy Bud Pros (and also Sony WF-1000XM4) quickly and easily. Easy to reconnect (to AirFly) after using Buds with other devices. Sound quality equitable with Buds connected to other devices as it is connected to AirFly. Purchased the AirFly - not Duo or Pro - for the volume control feature on the device (which is more responsive than an airline monitor volume control). BUT!!! it is not twenty hours run time. On a 15 hour flight, fully charged AirFly depleted after about 9 hours of continuous use. Even though made in China, I would still recommend - just make sure you have along enough charging cable to keep charging while using AirFly in flight.

Outstanding product!
I have an older car without bluetooth in it, so the AirFly Pro is a godsend. I had been using a cable connected between my phone and the Aux In for the car to play music through the car's speakers. That cable has been on the verge of failing for a while, so I was looking for a better replacement for it. The AirFly Pro totally fits the bill. It also provides a much better sound quality than my cable connection ever did, even when it was brand new. Plus, it's very nice to now be connected wirelessly. I'm looking forward to using the AirFly Pro the next time I have an opportunity to fly somewhere. Good job on this device!

It’s as bad s I was warned it would be
It works, sometimes, for a few minuets, maybe... these are every bit as unreliable and inconsistent as I was warned it would be. I thought I would take a chance on them when they went on sale but even at a discount they aren’t worth it. I have tried them with AirPods, a Bose, and a Sony pair of headphones. They may connect, sometimes, and definitly won’t stay connected if you are ever lucky enough to get that far. You’ll be less frustrated sitting in islands than you will be if you ever try to rely on these. Just stick with a pair that still has an audio cable because these are not the solution you are looking for.

Great product, perfect for a pinch
First off product works amazing, you hook it up to your phone and it works flawlessly. I use it for my 2011 bmw cause apparently in 2011 bmw didn't think bluetooth was good enough to play music from. My only grip is that living in Texas it gets suuuuuper hot and the performance drops off a cliff once the ambient air gets above 90 or so. The playback gets distorted and sounds like it almost blows out the speakers. It doesn't the quaility is just poor if it's hot out. Besides that it's great. The battery life is pretty good too. Like 5 days of driving a couple hours a day before a recharge.

Awesome Product
Pricier than the competition but SO worth it. I am traveling more now that I have retired. I found myself in need of a bluetooth device so I can use my AirPods to listen to mobile entertainment. I tried other, less expensive, brands only to find that the build quality was less than stellar or wouldn't link properly. Just when I was about to give up, I came across high praises for the AirFly Pro. I needed two but ordered one to minimize any potential disappointment. But to my delight, the AirFly Pro linked with my AirPods in less than five seconds. Works great and never had a drop-out after using it for several hours. Needless to say, it wasn't long when I ordered the second AirFly Pro. Well done twelve south!

Wouldn’t fit in the plane connections.
Just returned from an overseas vacation with two long transatlantic flights. Both directions, I had seats with power and headphone jacks in the center console (United Boeing 787-8). In both cases, the jack required the two-pin adapter, but the AirFly adapter attached to the transmitter wouldn’t fit in the area provided. I ended up using the airline provided headphones, without the noise cancelling and other features that my iPods provide. I would have thought that the various plane configurations would have been considered in the design. Disappointing.

Does not last a year and the company won't replace a warranty product
We really enjoyed the air fly pro at first. Then is stopped charging ~9 months and we filed a warranty claim and were sent a new one. Now the replacement also won't hold a charge, this time lasting only 7 months. I contacted the company and the warranty is not valid on a replacement product. So you are left with plastic garage and a chance to buy another air fly, which 2/2 so far have not lasted a year. Not worth the cost especially when the company doesn't stand behind its product. Not pleased and do not recommend this product/company.
