Reviews
Garmin Vivomove Hybrid Smartwatch - Black Case with Black Band (GPS, Bluetooth, Sport Edition) is rated 3.7 out of 5 by 148.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from It's mildly OK at best I bought it because it's a hybrid meaning it has a real watch movement - hands and all, and a tiny screen to notify you and monitor basic health stuff like steps, BPM, etc. Other than a lockup I had which was quite a process to fix, I don't like that the battery % of charge does not show up on the app (big miss), and the display itself does require reading glasses to read. At least the icons are good and I can decipher the notifications, just not the details. I also HATE that it does not use Qi wireless charging. The cable they give you is proprietary, not even USB C. Such old tech for a cutting tech company like Garmin - or are they?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Vivomove Sport This is a okay smart watch, but mine was defective (with a replacement currently the way) so my perspective is a bit skewed. The battery lasts me maybe 3 days after adjusting the screen brightness and "visual awakening ". Even while defective it seems to track activity, sleep, and heart rate well. I was disappointed that the screen tapping wasn't functioning properly. Workouts can be adjusted, but I would prefer if, once I activate a certain workout, the device properly picked up on what I'm doing while I'm doing it instead of my having to go back through and put in the correct information. I understand that a device can only do so much though.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome features I’ve never owned a smart watch before as all the ones that are out on the market right now cost an arm and a leg but GovX is affordable and sells quality products. I love how this watch can Jeep track of several different things at once but I also have to say a minor little thing I don’t like and that’s how the step counter doesn’t seem to synch up with the one that is on my smart phone but then again maybe it does but I just haven’t figured it all out yet. Because both step counters give me different counts rather then the same for both. Keeping track of multiple things like resting heart rate, breaths per minute, calories burned, distance traveled, steps taken.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from A little disappointed I have worn my Vivomove Sport for two weeks now. I have found the watch uncomfortable to wear as it’s either too tight or too loose. It will not read my workout or sleep properly if I wear it on the loose side. If I wear it on the tight side, it causes redness on my wrist. The battery may last 3 days as I have all of the notifications turned off. It takes more than two hours to charge with minimal battery power left to full battery. Personally, I am charging the watch about an hour and a half every other day. Again, the only notifications that come through are phone calls. The watch itself looks great but I am disappointed as the watch isn’t holding up to its promises.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Classic Style Meets Modern Smarts I've been using the Garmin Vivomove Hybrid Smartwatch with the black case and black band, and I’m really liking it! It’s got that classic watch look but with all the smart features hidden in there. You still get your notifications and health tracking info, but without a bulky digital screen. The GPS and Bluetooth work great, especially if you’re into fitness tracking. I love the Sport Edition features like heart rate monitoring and sleep analysis—they make it super versatile. The only slight downside is that the display can be a bit hard to read in bright sunlight, but overall, it’s a solid mix of style and function. Perfect if you want a smartwatch that doesn’t look like one!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very good hybrid watch Love my Vivomove Sport watch. It is very lightweight and comfortable to wear that you forget you are wearing a watch. I have setup without too many features turned-on and so I get 7 to 8 days of battery life. The Connect app gives an incredible amount of data. In the interest of full disclosure I must sat that the first Vivomove Sport that I purchased had many Bluetooth connectivity issues. Garmin support was excellent and when their troubleshooting efforts did not fix the issues, they promptly sent a new watch to replace my faulty one. The new watch has been functioning flawlessly and I am very happy.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from A step forward but still some deficiencies I have been using it for one month. Previously I had a Vivomove HR and its LED display failed after 4 years. Good points of the Sport - the heart rate sensor is more accurate. My intensity minute scores are way up. - additional sensors/metrics: sleep score, sleep pulse ox, respiration, body battery Not so good points: - it undercounts steps when I walk with poles. I was expecting MoveIQ to be now smart enough to detect hiking with poles - battery life is closer 3 days than the advertised 5 - Body Battery lacks normative references. In the meantime, you can track it against yourself

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love my Vivomove Sport! I have been using my vivomovesport for almost a month now and I love it! Not only does it look stylish but it helps me meet my fitness goals. It is sleek and lightweight and has become an indispensable part of my daily routine. It tracks so many more types of work outs than my past fitness trackers. I love how it gives insights into my resting heart rate, stress levels, and VO2 max, helping me keep a close eye on my overall health and fitness. Lastly, the sleep tracking feature provides many helpful data points for me to see how to increase my sleep quality.
