Rated 1 out of 5 by from Brand new fridge not working properly. The fridge does not come with an egg rack. The control panel was programmed incorrectly so that the lights flash incorrectly and the temperature cannot be adjusted. The interior light does not work. The control panel lacks icons mentioned in the manual. FP arranged for a serviceman to fix it but we are still awaiting the parts weeks later. Extremely disappointing, especially as it was a pro rata purchase to replace another FP fridge that broke down prematurely.

We needed a new fridge ASAP. On reviewing multiple makes and options, we came back to F&P as it represented the best value with the size we needed. Installation took all of 4minutes. This is a very good looking fridge.

I buy Fisher and Paykel products because I have always been happy with their products and they have lasted well, as I was replacing a fridge/freezer than I had had for 20 years.

I’m use to having just a refrigerator so having a freezer as well is a novelty. The capacity inside the fridge is bigger than it looks.
