Comfortable colour
The formula of this lipstick is great. The nourishing yet lightweight finish is hard to find with the kind of colour payoff that this offers. The sheerer nature of the colours means that picking a shade online can be tricky, so it might be best to see the colours in store if you don't plan to wear them at full opacity.
The case is pretty and the coloured cases can help distinguish shades apart from one another should you have multiple. The colour that I tried, 'Coffee & Cigs' was an unusual shade and unlike much else available. I would buy another shade in the range.

I was extremely excited when Mac announced this new range and jumped at the chance to buy them.
The packaging is gorgeous. It's a stunning ombre which corresponds with the lipstick colour families.
I picked these up in Killing Me Softly and Pure Nonchalance because I love mauve toned shades. The formula is beautiful. Extremely pigmented and it feels very moisturising which I believe is due to the addition of lychee fruit extract and argan oil. For a moisturising lipstick, they are extremely long lasting. I only needed to touch up once during an entire day (I did use a lipliner).
They are pigmented, long lasting and exceptionally comfortable. This is absolutely my new favourite formula from Mac. I will definitely be purchasing more from the range.

Good, but I prefer MAC's matte lipsticks.
I am already a huge fan of MAC cosmetics, using Studio Fix Powder Plus Foundation and Velvet Teddy Matte Lipstick as my everyday make-up. So when I found out I had a chance to trial a new MAC lipstick, I was super excited. When it arrived in the post, I was impressed by the blingy lipstick case, it looks great. When I opened it, I loved the smell of the lipstick - kind of a cross between cocoa and shea butter. The colour I received Bated Breath is a little too dark for my usual liking, but it looked fairly good on. But I prefer a matte finish, and this one has more of a sheen. It did make my lips feel very hydrated though. I think I will use this lipstick in the future if my lips are feeling dry, but in the long term, I'll be sticking to my matte lipstick.

Love it MAC
I am happy to receive this product as a trial team member. I got shade number 408 which I love to use.
I like the design of the lipstick, a bullet-like and second thing I like about this product is its long-lasting nature. For me, it worked for 8 hours on the first day and nearly 7 on the second day. I loved the smell as well which is chocolaty and my husband likes it too.
Besides, I didn't find any pigmentation after applying this lipstick; which sometimes I notice in other lipsticks. Not to forget about its texture and color which I would recommend to others as well.
Initially, for two days I felt a bit dryness on lips then I tried using moisturizing my lips at night and then use lipstick the next morning, which improved the time stay and dryness is also gone.

For anyone who has beautiful full lips and wants to show these off with Mac Lipstick
First impressions - the packaging is beautiful. It is neat and will fit into anyone's handbag. The colour that I was sent was Maison Rouge. Lovely colour, product actually smelt nice and easy to put on. Very smooth and you only need a very quick swipe over the lips.
The product appears to be moist and did not dry out my lips and by beginning with lip liner made the overall look complete. I completed the look with a touch of gloss which seemed to enhance the colour.
I did notice that when I drank from my cup, it did leave quite a distinctive mark on my cup but it did not remove the product completely from my lips. The colour lasted for quite some time and only needed to be topped up a few times during the day.
The lipstick was beautiful to wear, felt nice and colour was bright and lasting.

Perfect nude lip
This new product from MAC cosmetics is beautiful. It is something that I have been looking for for a long time! It perfectly matched my lip colour, but makes my lips look better than they are. It is super moisturising, and feels very soft on application and doesn't dry my lips out at all! It has a lovely, light formula that isn't sticky. It almost feels as though it is like a perfecting lip balm. It have a very pleasant, sweet smell, as all mac lipsticks do. I look forward to using this product and would definitely repurchase again. This product left me very happy with the result it gave and confident in the colour for my complexion. the packaging is nice, not something I would usually be drawn to, but it is very sturdy and pretty with an ombre bullet. I would definitely, highly recommend! Love this lipstick!

Glides on Effortlessly
Mac has always had a great reputation and this lipstick certainly lived up to that. From the moment I took the lid off to the swirl of the lipstick when I twirled it up, This lipstick glides on effortlessly, it is creamy and smooth and the pigment stunning. I certainly received many compliments when wearing it. I noticed there was not a huge transfer of colour to coffee cups or drink bottles across the day. The colour lasted well into the afternoon before I needed to re apply. My first swipe of colour for the day was 7am and I was not re applying until at least 2.30pm. I had also eaten two meals by this time and the colour was still there. I will also recommend the feeling of my lips at the end of the day, unlike other brands my lips did not feel sensitized. Great lipstick, Great Brand will always come back to MAC.

Smooth and vibrant
This lipstick felt really great on. The texture was creamy, light and smooth and my lips felt moisturised and soft. It lasted about 3 or 4 hours without smudging, which isn’t as long as others but was great for how soft and light it applied. It was so light and easy to apply! It also covered really well and didn’t end up looking uneven on the drier areas of my lips. I tend to have dry lips that can sometimes look flakey and uneven with lipstick, but this definitely wasn’t a problem. The only downside of a darker shade is that it does wipe/kiss off and tended to stain, so beware! Overall I was really happy with the product and would definitely wear it in other shades closer to my normal colour palette. Paired with the right liner this lipstick can be sensational! Would definitely recommend it for all lipstick lovers!
