Simply The Best Dishwasher One Can Ever Own
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always wanted to find the best appliance to suit our home since investing on a good one will last us years and years so when I decided to get LG’s Quad Wash, I know it’s worth every penny. It’s the quietest I’ve ever used in my life since I’m a little bit finicky with noise but apart from that, one thing that stands out the most is the convenience it serves, saving me so much time and being able to multi-task even more. Hands down! The best dishwasher I’d recommend. 🙌🏿💯

Sparkling Clean Dishes

Terrible dishwasher, poor service from LG
I am unable to get hold of anybody from LG. It is such a poor performing dishwasher. The service guy said it was a lemon, second time in for repairs, has been on for weeks and weeks. I have no choice but to lodge a complaint with the small claims court for a refund or repair, I am trying to get an address for service for court papers, can’t even find that. It is in at washing machine repairs Dunedin and apparently it’s in bits as the receptionist says. This is one very expensive poor quality dishwasher.

Lovely machine easy to use
Very happy with purchase. Works beautifully. Looks nice. Fits in with my kitchen seamlessly. Shelves adjust with ease and allow multiple stacking options. It feels like a quality machine and the dishes come out nice and clean.

Truly amazing dishwasher
I have just bought and installed this dishwasher, and so far, after only 2 uses I can say that is a real piece of engineering. The dishes, pots and cutleries come up squeaky clean. The noise is incredibly low that barely you can notice that is working. The steam is a brilliant feature, in special for stubborn grease and dirt on your item. The aesthetics of the design firs perfectly with our kitchen. Hopefully it will serve us nicely for the years to come.

Okay, but flawed
The built under version of this washing machine is not the greatest, but it is okay. For the most part the wash is excellent its not really missed anything or left any residue.
My main problem with this machine is with the rails and baskets, I think they just converted the non under-mount version. The draws don't pull out far enough from the counter (even though the unit is flush with the counter top), so you just have to sort of blindly reach into the machine to load and unload. The rails/basket assembly feels very cheap and doesn't feel well connected or move freely. I've broken 3 glasses now as the baskets only pull out about 80% of what you expect and then dead stop.
Noise wise quietness is a highlighted feature, but it actually seems pretty noisy. I think inside its a pretty powerful wash cycle, but you can hear that doing its thing. Its twice as loud as my last one and better sealed off in the pantry.
The interface is mostly okay, though there are some overly complicated options that require holding buttons down for sub-wash types. None of them are that quick with the standard wash being ~3h. Its odd that the lights and timer do their thing whilst the door is closed cause you can see the light from it, but not the info.
Overall I'd give it 3 stars at the $1,600 price I'd payed.

Love our dishwasher
