[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having received the sample I was tbh a bit sceptical having triedany products before and suffering with menapause symptoms affecting my very fine breakable hair .i have to say after a few weeks of using I did notice a difference .it didn't dry my hair out like some products do and it made my hair more manageable for detangling too .it is making a slight difference which is better than none to the process of combing and slightly less breakage but will continue to use .

Very disappointed
My hair needed something to protect from the heat of straighteners. After much research I ordered this product on line. Felt quite excited. However after after first use today my hair is dry, with hair sticking up on top and dull looking. Disappointed is not a strong enough word.

Great product
I bought this recently, after highlighting made my hair weak and dry. It made my hair very soft, which was great, but almost too soft to hold a style. Be careful to only use a small amount. I spray a very small amount, only 2 sprays, into my hand then smooth through my hair
I leave for a about 5mins. Clean teeth , get makeup out, make a cuppa, then return to style my hair. After 5 mins it has done it's work. If you hair is very fine, and lacking in body, and tends to go flat, (like mine!) this product also puts a bit of body in too. I must admit I need to use a good quality hair spray to keep the style in place. I would recommend, but you need to "trial" how much to use over the first few times you use it. I don't use it every wash. Perhaps once or twice a week.

Magic in a bottle
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was not optimistic when I first used this, as I have used so many miricale claiming products that always fail. I followed the instructions and instead of spraying directly on to hair I put some on my hands and put through, I wasn’t sure I had put enough as I couldn’t feel it on my hair, I continued as normal styling and drying my hair and can honestly say that my hair really felt and looked much more healthy and felt so soft and shiney. I will definitely buy more and recommend

Hair looks great - but I can't stand the smell!!
I bought this suite of products at the urging of my stylist about a month ago, to replace my beloved Kérastase Stimuliste. I prefer Stimuliste in every way, but as far as the final result goes, Genesis is fine. This thermo-protection doesn't really seem to do a lot. I still end up using a finishing oil to give my hair a bit of a gloss and tame flyaways. My hair looks and feels good, I just wish it didn't leave me smelling like a 15-year-old girl. I think my search continues - I just can't have this stench following me around.

Not for me
The scent is so horrid that this could solve every issue with my hair (it did not), and half the world’s problems and I still would not use it. Had to wash my hair again after using this as hair was left feeling tacky and did I mention the smell? Have very long hair and did not use an excessive amount, so the tackiness was disappointing. As mentioned elsewhere, product does not spray in a mist-like fashion, more like a concentrated jet. Tried product a second time, spraying onto hands first for lighter and more even distribution, but hair still felt sticky, plus there was still the issue of the overwhelming smell (scent is too kind a description here!). Anyone who likes this product is welcome to my bottle!!
