Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great unit but new model seems a lot larger As with previous Panasonic breadmakers the results themselves are excellent. However this latest model has a much larger benchtop space requirement compared to the older models for the same sized loaf. So on the good side, controls are simple & clear with menu details clearly visible. Getting pan in and out of the unit is easy. Instruction book and recipes are good, although trubleshooting was better in the older model books. On the negative side, the only thing is the overall size of this unit compared to earlier models. It seems to have unnecessary internal wall space, and space around the pan, so takes up that much more bench space.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My first try at baking bread! Recently I was gifted the SD-R2530WST Automatic Bread Maker in exchange for an honest review on Panasonic’s website. Never in my life have I tried baking a loaf of bread... until now! I wondered if a Panasonic breadmaker would bake a loaf better than buying it at the local bakery? Sourdough is my favourite and I proceeded to follow the easy to read steps provided in the Panasonic SD-R2530WST instruction manual. I was both amazed and impressed at how easy it is and the result was very tasty bread loaf enjoyed by all the family! Aside from the soft beeps indicating a completed program and a mouth watering smell of baking bread, which I might add will be very nice to wake up to the next morning, the Panasonic SD-R2530WST was very quiet and could easily be left to do it's thing overnight without disturbing any sleep. So what next? I think cakes are definitely worth a try!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Ever !!!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only purchased my Panasonic Bead-maker last week, but am already smitten with it. This one is the 4th one I have had over the last 15 years, but after using it in this short period of time, it definitely surpasses the previous brands I have had. I love that when you remove the loaf from the pan, there is not a gaping hole from the paddle, no need to ‘wait for the beep’ before adding your extra’s and the recipes only require half the amount of yeast that other brands recommend that you should use. I am looking forward to using the special features like making jam, Easter buns and cakes.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to use breadmaker giving great results Easy to use. A very good manual with a lot of bread recipes and other options I would not have considered using a breadmaker for. This includes instructions just for kneading and rising to allow oven cooking of different shapes. The display is clear and allows you to see where in the cycle the bread is at and how long each step will take. The automatic delivery of seeds or other additions makes it easy to vary the bread.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this bread maker as a replacement for a Sunbeam that faulted after 11 months and it was worth the extra AUD 100 I invested. From unboxing to plugging in I was impressed with the quality and design. It was clear that everything was carefully designed and made from sturdy materials. I took the time to read the manual and was very impressed with options, including a sourdough function! Although I've only baked a few loaves today I am very satisfied with the Panasonic breadmaker and.looking forward to using it for many years to come!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Versatile breadmaker [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the SD-R2530 breadmaker a week ago and I'm very happy with it. I've made several loaves for my family - Basic, stuffed, sourdough - plus gluten free for myself. The gluten free options are why I chose this particular breadmaker and it's living up to my expectations. The basic GF loaf was delicious, airy and light - not dense! I especially loved the stuffed loaf I made - adding cheese and herbs made a delicious bread that everyone enjoyed! It's so much better than shop bought bread, especially considering that Gluten free bread is usually frozen and thawed before going on the supermarket shelves.
