Rated 5 out of 5 by from My first try at baking bread! Recently I was gifted the SD-R2530WST Automatic Bread Maker in exchange for an honest review on Panasonic’s website. Never in my life have I tried baking a loaf of bread... until now! I wondered if a Panasonic breadmaker would bake a loaf better than buying it at the local bakery? Sourdough is my favourite and I proceeded to follow the easy to read steps provided in the Panasonic SD-R2530WST instruction manual. I was both amazed and impressed at how easy it is and the result was very tasty bread loaf enjoyed by all the family! Aside from the soft beeps indicating a completed program and a mouth watering smell of baking bread, which I might add will be very nice to wake up to the next morning, the Panasonic SD-R2530WST was very quiet and could easily be left to do it's thing overnight without disturbing any sleep. So what next? I think cakes are definitely worth a try!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Ever !!!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only purchased my Panasonic Bead-maker last week, but am already smitten with it. This one is the 4th one I have had over the last 15 years, but after using it in this short period of time, it definitely surpasses the previous brands I have had. I love that when you remove the loaf from the pan, there is not a gaping hole from the paddle, no need to ‘wait for the beep’ before adding your extra’s and the recipes only require half the amount of yeast that other brands recommend that you should use. I am looking forward to using the special features like making jam, Easter buns and cakes.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to use breadmaker giving great results Easy to use. A very good manual with a lot of bread recipes and other options I would not have considered using a breadmaker for. This includes instructions just for kneading and rising to allow oven cooking of different shapes. The display is clear and allows you to see where in the cycle the bread is at and how long each step will take. The automatic delivery of seeds or other additions makes it easy to vary the bread.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Versatile breadmaker [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the SD-R2530 breadmaker a week ago and I'm very happy with it. I've made several loaves for my family - Basic, stuffed, sourdough - plus gluten free for myself. The gluten free options are why I chose this particular breadmaker and it's living up to my expectations. The basic GF loaf was delicious, airy and light - not dense! I especially loved the stuffed loaf I made - adding cheese and herbs made a delicious bread that everyone enjoyed! It's so much better than shop bought bread, especially considering that Gluten free bread is usually frozen and thawed before going on the supermarket shelves.

Our bread is baked perfectly every time!! Very easy to make a store bought bread mix & the smell wafting through the house is amazing!!! A very quiet machine & light weight. A large loaf takes 2.5 hours from mixing, rising & baking. Just add yeast, bread mix, water & press 5 & the start button. So user friendly!!! Just a brilliant product and will venture out into the other settings next week. Can't wait to try the fruit & nut loaf. My elasticised waistband will be getting a workout so I'll have to increase my daily walking 🤣

I reviewed all brands available and chose the SD-R2530WST because it had all the features I wanted (so I thought). I love Dark Rye bread but didn't realise that there wasn't a Rye Bread selection on this model. I knew what the time requirements were for the mixing, resting, kneading and baking for a Dark Rye so I selected the closest option (No. 8 Whole Wheat Rapid). The result was a lovely crusty and moist loaf of Dark Rye bread. I'm very happy with the results and the ease of use with this bread maker.
