My first KitchenAid purchase
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous mixer broke last month and I needed to replace it. I decided on KitchenAid because of it's reputation and the fact it was the only brand that included a small bowl. I often make biscuits with only 4oz each of butter and sugar and have always used the small bowl option. My only disappointment is that with the small bowl I cannot use the pouring shield (won't fit) and the flex edge beater pushes the creaming butter right up to and over the edge of the small bowl. A smaller or different shaped beater or bowl may improve this defect.

Best I've Ever Had
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband purchased this for me for Christmas and it is the best mixer I have ever had. The attachments are easy to put on and off the mixer, the 2 bowl sizes come in hand for when I'm making different food, the cover on the bowls is a life saver as I am generally one to throw stuff in the bowl and have it splash back at me.
The matte black is very aesthetically pleasing as it fits in perfectly on my kitchen bench but the whole unit also fits beautifully in my pantry as it doesn't take up a heap of room and packs nicely away. The best part about this mixer is that when I'm making bread, the mixers engine doesn't smoke!
I am very excited to continue to use it!!

Revolutionised my passion for baking
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my KitchenAid last month and despite some delays with delivery, the experience has been flawless. The machine has made so many recipes I love easier. I have used most attachments provided in the KSM195—my new favourite being the dough hook that has allowed me to create perfect pizza dough in under 10 minutes. Additionally, I have created light and airy shortbread and perfect meringue using Maggie Beer’s recipe. I love having the machine out on my bench to inspire me to try something new each week.

My Dream Machine!

Truly does live up to the hype!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A KitchenAid stand mixer has always been a “one day” aspiration, and now that I have bought one I can see what the hype has been about. Beautifully engineered, easy to use, and the first cake I made with it had the silkiest batter I’ve ever produced. I’m really excited for future bakes, to see how much better our family favourite recipes come out! Also - I splurged and bought the ice cream maker bowl, and we are SO excited for summer and all the marvellous creations we will make!

So glad I finally made the purchase!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wanted a KitchenAid Stand Mixer for years, and my partner decided to surprise me with one about a month ago. The quality is amazing. I have used the dough hook and whisk so far, and it has perfectly mixed my brioche dough and perfectly whipped my butter and sugar. It is very heavy and sturdy so you don’t need to worry about it moving off the bench while kneading a bowl of dough. I look forward to using the other attachments and purchasing the pasta ones in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing will outlive me. Super powerful motor and you can really see the difference while whipping buttercream/meringue. The rubber scraping addition on paddle attachment scrapes the bottom of the bowl. I am very happy with it so far and I really think it’s worth every penny. I am a professional baker and I would highly reccomend it for any commercial and domestic baking. All attachments are made of high grade metal and won’t disintegrate after few uses.

Artisan stand Mixer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using a mixer that I have had for 30+ years and I have been looking for a new mixer to replace it.
I was worried it would be difficult to use and not function the way I hoped.
I was impressed from the first time I used my mixer. It was easy to use, mixed well and handled the huge Christmas cake mix easily.
The only thing I am sorry about is that I agonised about purchasing it. I am definitely very happy with my purchase.
