Rated 2 out of 5 by from A bit rough I replaced a new Panasonic with this one because the panasonic was making an unbearable high pitched noise and the layout wasn't quite right. Super good of harvey norman to swap it for me as it's not considered a fault by the manufacturer. Layout in the Westinghouse is good and no high pitched inverter noise but to be honest, the quality compared to the Panasonic is hugely lacking. The plastic drawers and crisper compartment all feel rough and cheap and I'm not expecting them to last at all. Below average compared to others on market. Pity I was constrained by my housing or I would have got a F&P which looks far better.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Loving it! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Now in my late 60s, this is the third Westinghouse fridge I have purchased. I have loved them all and love the innovative new design of this one. Lighting and shelves are a game changer and seems to be so much more room. Love it! Hope this one lasts as well as previous two. Only issue I have is not being able to adjust back end. Being in an older home, floors not level and although suggestion is to put on ramp; this can be issue for older people. Luckily, I have someone who can help.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cheap and ill fitting drawers I don't recommend this fridge freezer - one of the reviews that I read online before buying it was that the drawers are creaky and cheap, which I disregarded because I liked the dimensions for my kitchen. On purchasing the fridge I discovered that not only was the previous reviewer correct, the top drawer of the freezer actually falls out when pulled as the drawer rails are only secured at one point and so can move sideways, letting the drawer fall off them.

It looks very nice in the kitchen, but the internal light is a little bit darker than I expected. The position of the light on the back of the fridge makes it easier to get darker when the fridge is full. Also, the fridge is not made in Australia, but overseas. I wish it were made here to keep with the brand's allegations of being made in Australia.

While I am happy with the purchase, I am not so happy with the door. I bought a conversion kit as I wanted the door to open from the other side; was assured it would be fine but it's not great. Buy one that does not need converting.

It’s has a gauge you can only move left or right which doesn’t do much and the freezer doesn’t have anything to change the temperature . My apologies it’s freezer temp is in fridge department but it’s not working
