Great product.
I've used these to hang lots of pictures as well as custom framed artwork and a host of other things. I have also used them to hang china plates on a wall in the bedroom. I have used several different styles for different purposes. Each package shows a MAXIMUM weight the hook will support. DO NOT exceed this weight limit. The hooks must not be loaded for at least 1 hour after placing on the wall as the directions say. Since I don't like to continually straighten pictures, I usually use two hooks per picture. (And yes, I have a lot of money invested in Command Hooks - but they're reusable as long as you have more adhesive strips.)

Upset customer
Having used command picture hooks before and been extremely satisfied, I was confident to use then again when we moved into our new house. A usual, we followed the instructions carefully. Within 1 day, our first picture fell down - result, smashed glass in the frame. Within a week, 2 more pictures had fallen down. The first fell onto a heater and so the frame is badly damaged. The wall in our new house is also damaged from the impact of the falling picture frame. The second picture I was most upset about as it was a wedding present. It too now has a damaged frame. I am upset and very disappointed in your product. For 3 pictures to fall within a week is unacceptable, particularly as I now have 3 damaged pictures and 1 damaged wall to repair.

Great for 2 Years
We used these strips to have a certificate frame (A4) and a small frame (A5) in 2019 when we moved into our new home.
They were fine until a couple of weeks ago when one fell off the wall and then a week later the other one fell as well, both times unfortunately smashing the glass in the frames.
Our house is not particularly humid but it seems that with the hot weather lately something has changed and the adhesion on the strips can no longer be guaranteed to hold frame on painted surfaces.
I have always been an avid supporter of using these strips for picture hanging but I can't take the risk in the future of repeat damage to glass frames so I won't be buying them anymore.

Luv them!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Redecorating my house and I didn't want to put nails in my freshly painted walls. I saw an advertisement for Command, but was a little hesitate. Since I bought them at a well known home improvement storeI knew if I wasn't satisfied I could return. I tried one large picture....ok it worked. A week later tried a picture a little heavier and WOW it worked. Love it, love it....no nails and I can change location with the extra stabilizer strips. A little on the expensive side, but worth every penny....and the coupons help. Sharing the news with family, friends and associates. Thanks Command

Unreliable and potentially damaging
I am beyond disappointed in this product. Initially I thought "what a life saver". But I have had 2 pictures come down off the wall. The first time I just assumed I had done something wrong. Luckily nothing broke. So, the next time I used it I was very cognizant that I followed all instructions carefully. Horrible surprise yesterday morning waking up to my 2 pd picture on my tile floor, glass shattered, frame broken and the paint peeled off my wall. This was one print from a set of four. I have immediately taken the frames off the wall. SAdly I would not advise anyone to use the product with any glassed framed product.

be careful when reading instructions!
We bought these today to hang an awkward panoramic print. Initially thrilled to find these hangers...until we read the directions. The photo and colors didn't match so I came to the site to get some clarification. After reading the reviews, it's no wonder that many reviewers are saying that they don't work. The directions on the package and directions online are completely different (see photos). Am assuming the online directions are correct as they make more sense?! Neither one explains the smaller strips included or correctly lists the color for them.
Considering the cost of the product and the piece you're hanging, using questionable directions is risky. Have loved other Command products but can't recommend this one.

Watch out!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Watch out as this hanger's adhesive only holds for about 1.5 years. I had a 1 lb picture hanging from this hook that I placed in early 2019. I was sitting at my computer desk and this picture frame crashed to the floor, breaking the frame's glass. The hook was still attached to the frame's hook with the adhesive strip still attached to the hook. Needless to say, I was not happy. Yes 1.5 years sounds like time longer than one might keep their pictures in one location, but not at my house. Makes me wonder how many others are going to fall off the wall.

Ruined Wall
We purchased 5 of these to hang pictures in the house. One particular picture we hung fell off within the first 5 days of it being hung, and the frame broke. I replaced it and hung it back up. We decided to move the picture, and when I pulled the tab to remove the hook, a large chunk of not only paint but the first coat of drywall came with it. So now we have an uneven surface to hide/fix since we don't want a picture in that spot. I was shocked, and disappointed. I am hoping it doesn't happen to the other 4 pictures we hung in a another room of the house.
