After a fair amount of research I bought one. I was sick of paying a fortune on Ink. The ink is super cheap. You can buy compatible ink online which is way cheaper if you know where to go. The only downside with my research was it (like all similar printers) there is a sponge that at some stage needs replacing and you can't just buy one and put it in, you need to go to the manufacturer as there is a code (I could be wrong). I hope that this will happen way in the future or you will simply be allowed to code it yourself at some stage. But I am certain this the best way forward especially with even cheaper ink. The software is blue and basic but it does the job.

Bought this printer online, was ready for pick up the next day. After setting it up, it kept printing blank pages. 0800 support was pretty awesome but had to go to the store the next day to replace the printer. Mt Roskill staff was amazing.
Pros: The replaced printer is working as expected. Very easy to set up, especially if you have android and windows devices. Excellent resolution. Very cost-effective. Prints documents reasonably fast. Compact size. Not too loud.
Cons: It does not have an auto double-sided printing feature. A bit annoying when you have to manually change sides for a 20 or so pages document.
Overall recommended.

Flawed Mac Installation
Great piece of kit but..... If you are connecting to a Mac computer the instructions are flawed. Eventually I got it going only after finding several topic discussion groups on the internet with the same issue of "Comms Errors" and the Mac "being unable to find the printer". Like a large group of others I wasted hours on the issue. So frustrating and made the purchase decision tainted. Now that it is going it is a fine printer, great quality and value for money

Amazing all featured printer for home office use.
I have been using a fully featured Brother mid to high end Laser, The cost of materials was for me beginning to out weigh the benefits, as I no longer needed the speed and volume the laser printer provided. I spent some time looking at lower volume, but remaining the high feature black and white and colour performance, with most of the features I was getting from the high featured Laser. I compared a number of top quality brands and features provided by ink tank low cost running without compromising. I found the Epsom ET 2810 from Harvey Norman at NZ $ 312, plus a $NZ 40 gift voucher a perfect replacement for cost and function. I hope this review helps other small office and home users get the advantages of this review.

Not a good printer
We are taking this printer back for a refund as it just won't work properly. It refuses to print more than one page at a time and you have to switch it off and back on each time you want the next page. It gives a message that it's jammed but most often isn’t. When you clear a real jam, it throws up the same message again and you have to go through the off/on again process. It often just presents a blank page instead of the required print. Altogether this was a rubbish purchase.
