Rated 5 out of 5 by from Type 4, high porosity hair, A Game Changer I have dry, grey growing out hennaed, shoulder lenght hair and was ready for the BC. As a last resort I used Aveda Damage Repair and Nutri Plenish daily moisturising treatment (mixed together) while my hair is damp, finishing with a drop or two for sealing for twist outs. Using Nutri plenish multi use hair oil or melanin multi use pure oil blend. A little goes a long way. I have soft, smooth moisturising hair - the combo is a game changer for my once dull/dry coarse grey hair in her last 50s Thanks Aveda

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My favourite! I had used this before and loved it. Then I tried the Botanical repair version of it, but still prefer this one! It really does help my very long hair stay hidrated and looking mosturised and it also really does protect from breakage, meanign it helps my hair to grow (well, it keeps the ends of my hair in good contidition, so I need to trim it less often).

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Strengthens My Hair A white easy-to-use formula that spreads easily throughout the hair. It's a leave in treatment so there is no need to rinse and can be applied on damp hair or dry hair but it's easier to use on damp hair. If my hair is dry and I want to apply this, I just spritz my hair down with a hair water sprayer until it's damp-ish. I find this helps my hair feel stronger and easier to brush as it gets less tangle-some with this in it. My hair is usually very easy to tangle but this helps to counteract that a bit. I don't need to use much of this at all as it's quite concentrated. A little bit goes a long way in my hair as I have fine hair. I only put it on the lengths and ends and not the roots. I love the natural ingredients and extracts in Aveda products, this one included. It tends to stay in my hair until the next wash and it is great for when I'm swimming often in the warmer weather as it helps to guard my hair against the salt and sun's abuse on my tresses.
