No need to aim: capture everything around you in stunning true 8K 360° video, with up to 21% more resolution than the competition. Simply press the shutter button to start recording - no framing or camera positioning required. MAX2 captures everything in incredible detail. Then, head to the GoPro Quik app and use Reframe to edit your 360 footage into traditional 4K video with just a few taps. These Ultra HD videos are easy to save, share, and play back on your phone, TV, or other devices.
Invisible installation
Capture impressive arm footage where the arm disappears completely from view. Attach the MAX2 to the arm using the 1/4-20 mounting threads on the bottom of the camera. The arm magically disappears from your videos and photos, allowing you to create invisible selfies, drone-like aerial shots, and other iconic 360° shots.
Best View (POV)
Unleash your creativity and achieve the widest, highest, most immersive perspective - selfies, follow-cam footage, and more in the same 360° video. The Reframe tool in the GoPro Quik app makes it easy to crop your footage and create new angles; you can also adjust video stabilization and use Horizon Lock in post-production.
Interchangeable glass lenses
The MAX2's interchangeable lenses are water-resistant and made of highly durable optical glass. If the lenses get scratched, you don't have to replace the entire camera - just replace the lens and get back to shooting without any loss of quality.
Super slow motion in 360°
Dramatically slow down the action with stunning 4K100 360° video that can be played back in 3x slow motion. Or choose the higher resolution 5.6K60 mode for approximately 2x slow motion.
10-bit color in true 8K + GP-Log
Take your footage to the next level: record over a billion colors in true 8K for a more natural look and smoother tonal transitions. Advanced users can use GP-Log to capture more detail and make necessary color corrections in post-production (lookup table / LUT included).
Stunning 29MP 360° photos
