CPU runs HOT
CPU runs really hot and spent almost an hour discussing with tech support and transferred three times. Very frustrating with no one able to actually help. Overall the PC works well but gets very hot with any hi res games (Fortnite, Unturned, CSGO) and fan turns on and is very loud. Case even gets hot. On a flat surface and well cooled environment. Everything else is fine but this is a GAMING machine and CPU hovering at close to 90 degrees Celsius. Threshold is 97 degrees Celsius but still seems exceptionally hot for a gaming rig. May purchase an additional fan but HP support completely inept.

Another Win!
Fantastic performance! Surprisingly small and streamlined and fits perfectly in a small nook or on a small shelf. Plenty of inputs all around and the integrated front-mounted USB is a very nice touch. The case design is elegant and the lighted V and chrome lettering on the sides of the case are a definite head turner. Again, the performance is fantastic and so far its been able to easily handle any game or program I've loaded onto it. Lastly, as the cherry on top, it appears to be easily upgradable and the internal components are easy to access.

Nobody's perfect!
The unit arrive with one defect/damage. The front cover was ajar.. . the right side when facing the unit. It will not completely close and/or stay closed when pushed in. Accordingly, the on/off power button is recessed about an eighth of an inch from the cover.. making it less convenient to turn it on and off. Also, it seems to me the unit is consistently on the warmish side despite it not being called upon for any heavy processing.

Solid Machine - Liking it
Very good solid machine that has not presented any problems so far (been using it for about two weeks). If I had one comment, it would be that I wish I had done a bit more research regarding the size of the motherboard and space in the box for future expansion options. I don't have expansion plans now, but I didnt on my last computer either, but ended up doing quite a few over the years (extra ram, HDD's, USB expansion card, etc). And as a final comment. In some of the other reviews I did see comments about noisy fans. I have not had any noisy fan issues to date. This may be dominated by the fact that I have not pushed the CPU or GPU yet.

Runs well, cool looking V
I have not had any problems so far. It has been able to run my games well. The most intense game I have played so far is "Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order", and while the computer does get warm, I have not had any performance drops or lag. The fan idle is a little louder than I would like, but it does not get significantly louder during intense usage. It occasionally makes a soft knocking sound (kind of like a pebble getting flung against a piece of metal). And most importantly, the V on the front looks cool when it lights up.

No expansion slots.
HP15L has no expansion slot as stated, it has 1 M.2 (PCIe 16X) being used by pre-installed SSD. I want it to increase the memory capacity, and I was told the Victus 15L is pre-packaged and cannot be customized. I was counting on an expansion slot that now I learned is not availble.

Overheating REVIEWS are REAL.
I am really happy with the product but as other reviewers mentioned, the desktop gets really really hot while playing games (COD MW, OW2, Elden ring). I could probably safely cook an egg on the desktop surface. Not sure why the air flow is so horrible. I assume its because it only has (1) tiny ventilation on the left side of the panel.

Excellent value in clean white case
Good gaming computer in a neat package. After some research for other brands with the same components (CPU, GPU, RAM etc.) this computer was the cheapest option I could find. The only concern is the heat as it can get quite hot and may benefit from a better cooling solution, the only issue is that the case is small and not sure if a larger air cooler of liquid cooler will fit? but I suspect the heat will be the same with whatever system you buy?
