Rated 1 out of 5 by from Have had this machine for less than a year, the door lock is absolutely crap. I had had this machine for a week when the door lock fell out. A technician came out to fix the machine and said that the lock was broken and needed to be replaced, the lock was ordered and then when they came to put it in it didn't fit so had to have a whole front panel ordered for the machine.....6 weeks later this arrived. A week later the lock fell out again. I managed to get my husband to fix this. Last month the lock seized and I couldn't get the door open. A technician has come out to look at the machine and once again has had to order a new locking.......today they came out to put the new lock in and this does not fit so they are taking the machine away, I have three young children and live 45 mins from a laundromat. Really not impressed with the product at all. Will NEVER buy another Panasonic machine.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Please avoid! Please avoid this product. First use I noticed water leaking from the front door mid wash cycle. I paused the cycle to get my camera and the door unlocked and flooded our laundry, causing extensive water damage. The installer who brought us a new machine said it’s not the first time he’s seen this happen with this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A real time saver So easy to install and even easier to operate. The washing time seems alot less than my previous frontloader and the dry assist option is a great help particularly when needing those last minute school uniform washes for the next day!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from All good! For this price this is a very good machine. I like the lite drying options and besides this it offers many other helpful functions. The door doesn't seem to be very robust, but we just open and close it carefully, so not a big issue.
