Blazing fast, great range
Paired this router with the Netgear CM 3000 cable modem and 1.5G ISP service. This hardware combination, installed in the basement with NO extenders, FAR out-performed the following netgear combo cable modem/router unit: “NETGEAR - Nighthawk AX6000 Wi-Fi 6 Router with DOCIS 3.1 Cable Modem - Black” which I also tried, installed in the same location, for a solid week before returning that unit and switching to this current dual hardware configuration. Combo unit did not deliver nearly the speed/range, despite its listed rating to do so. The shape of the RAXE300 router is really its magic ticket to effectively delivering high speed WiFi over an expansive range in real life conditions (through walls, floors, obstacles).
Basement netgear hardware location is in the diagonally opposite corner of the house from my 1st floor bedroom, yet my bedroom gets the full stated ISP 1.5 GB download speed.

RAXE300 review
I have been very happy with my Nighthawk WiFi 6E router RAXE300. I live in a 2000 sq foot 2 story home, not including the basement. The router is on the second floor. The coverage is good even in the basement. I have not noticed any speed drop off in any location in my home. I did need a little help setting it up but that was because I missed a step. Netgear tech support was very helpful. This is my second Netgear Router. I bought this one because I switched to a 500 mps fiber internet connection. if I wanted to upgrade to a gig or more, I can still use this router. My experience with this product has been excellent.

Great Router with a bonus
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am no techie, but I set up my Neatgear RAXE300 one Saturday morning with ease. The smartphone app is easy to use and I now actually get the internet speeds I have been paying for that I wasn't achieving with my old wifi even though my old router claimed it would give my the higher speeds. The added bonus is you can put you get a years subscription to Bitdefender for all of your connected computers, tablets and smartphones. I have used Bitdefender for years because it has been reviewed as one of the best. A one year subscription was an bonus to buying this easy set up and use router!

The True Best - 1K sq foot space Router
I live in a 950sq foot space and my old 1900 nighthawk was not cutting it in the bathroom or kitchen. Since the router sits on one side of the space I needed an upgrade. The NETGEAR Nighthawk Tri-Band WiFi 6E Router (RAXE300) does the job and more. 6G is a blessing, so very fast. The 5G network is incredibly fast as the RAXE300 just handles multiple signals better than my old Nighthawk model. It also doesn’t lock out other connections when uploading something large to say YouTube. Im even pinging 2ms better, I’m guessing due to the 2.5G Ethernet in. Thanks Netgear!

Only a couple weeks in service, very good so far!
I’ve had in service for a couple of weeks now and haven’t had any issues…the app is very easy to work with and makes management of networks a breeze. Provides consistent speeds up and down and WiFi signal seems strong throughout my 2200+ house, so far I’m happy with it…

Worth the money!
I had been using the router that came with my service provider, and struggling to maintain constant connection. Here I am paying for gigabit internet that basically crawled along. I kept thinking well it must be an issue with my ISP. I decided well, I'll stop renting the one from my ISP and buy one. I figured hey if I'm going to buy one, I might as well pay for one that's going to last and that's going to suit my needs. I have never used a better router I don't think ever. This thing is fantastic. I have never once had issues connecting, and I can have multiple devices streaming with no dropouts, no leg, no issues at all.

Well laid out
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the form factor which is far more sleek than routers in this category. The device works well, the mobile app is easy enough to use. The admin web page is well laid out and organized. I like how many ports there are. But man oh man does this take forever to save a change and to boot. A power cycle can take 5 minutes with zero lights to indicate something is happening. I thought I broke it the first time I did a reset. Also I got confused with the Netgear account and the router account. I locked myself out of the password login and couldn't receive. But I'm up and running and that's the most important part.
