• Emergency jumpstart: Easily jumpstart the Mortise with a 9V battery as an emergency measure if the batteries are drained.
• Tamper alarm: The Mortise will sound an alarm if it is being pried from the door to alert and deter potential tampering attempts.
• Obstruction alarm: The lock will sound an alarm if the bolt tongue cannot be extended or retracted fully to alert the user of any obstructions.
• Intrusion alarm: The lock will sound off when the door is forced open while the bolt is still extended.
• Child & pet safety function: Prevent any accidental unlock from inside by activating the safety function on the Mortise's handle.
• Volume control: Volume is adjustable to your preference. Select from 0 (mute) to 5 (loudest).
• Quiet unlock: Mute audio indicators while unlocking for quieter access to prevent disturbance.
• Passage mode: Turn auto relock off via Bluetooth or the Multi-Function Button for easier access if needed.
• API & SDK integration: We also provide APIs and SDKs for seamless integration across several platforms.
• Airbnb integration: Airbnb hosts can also integrate their calendars with Mortise to automatically generate PIN codes for guests, with no extra fees.
