For Apple purchases made through Harvey Norman Singapore, we are unable to provide exchanges or refunds for products that are deemed Dead on Arrival (DOA). Customers are required to bring any DOA product directly to an Apple Authorised Service Provider for inspection and assessment. Depending on the outcome, the product may be repaired or replaced in accordance with Apple's service policies.
