Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gentle Relief for Itchy Scalp [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, I must say I really like this Chamomile Shampoo. The real test for me was whether it would help with my itchy scalp. It’s been a few days, and my scalp is about 95% less itchy, which is really good. I feel like the more I use this product, the more it will help my scalp. This is my first time using it, and I’m glad to say I will be adding it to my hair routine. It smells really nice, and the texture does not leave my hair feeling stripped, plus I did not even need conditioner. I have microlocs, and I also like that the shampoo comes in a see through bottle so I can tell when it’s time to reorder.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am African American with dreadlocks and most, if not all, liquid shampoos irritate my scalp so bad that I can’t even sleep at night. Even shampoo bars burn my skin and don’t get my hair clean. I love this shampoo! It has a soft smell, lathers nice, and cleansed my hair without irritating my scalp and skin. My hair was soft and shiny after it dried and I didn’t need a thick conditioner to soften my hair, just a leave in conditioner on my roots. I’m glad I found this shampoo!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from The Mario Badescu Chamomile Shampoo [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Mario Badescu Chamomile Shampoo has a pleasant, clean scent and does a nice job cleansing without being harsh. It’s gentle on fine, curly hair and leaves it feeling clean rather than stripped. The only drawback is that it doesn’t create much lather, so I find myself using more product than expected. Overall, it’s a mild, effective shampoo, especially for those with delicate hair.

I use it once weekly to cleanse my 4a/4b hair from product build up (I use a lot of raw oils and leave in on my hair). It does a great job at breaking down product build up from the week, but it doesn’t leave my hair dry. It also smells great, lathers well, and does not take long to rinse out.

I love that it’s a very gentle deep cleaning solution. There’s plenty to last and it lathers very nicely. I don’t love the chamomile smell but it’s not horrible just not a favorite. I love how much it actually cleans my hair. Most shampoos sit in your hair and cause built up but this shampoo works perfectly for my greesy hair.
